EMPOWERED FLOW INTENSIVES - PHASE 1

Explore your inner strength and discover your true self through the transformative practice of Empowered Flow, a 90-minute vinyasa yoga practice with an emphasis on going upside down, combining yoga, core conditioning, calisthenics and hand balancing.

 

It is a complete system of practice that strengthens the body, mind and spirit. Your body will flow like water but with control.

This yoga class is a challenging and yet accessible practice that is suitable for everyone with any level of fitness and background.

 

Empowered Flow offers various progressions to motivate anyone to conquer their fear and become a better version about themselves.

Dates: October 2, 9, 23, 30 (Sat) and October 14 (Thu)
 

Time: 12:30-2:00 PM (Sat) and 4:30-6:00 PM (Thu)

EMPOWERED FLOW 200-HR TTC

Embark on a journey into self-empowerment, inner strength and self-inquiry through the learning and practice of yoga. This yoga teacher training programme seeks to challenge you to transform physically, mentally and spiritually – one asana at a time.

 

You will discover new ways to move your body, experience personal breakthroughs, see the world with a new perspective, delve deep into your weaknesses and turn them into your strength. Just like a caterpillar, you will metamorphasise into a better version of yourself – a butterfly that spreads its wings and inspires others through yoga practice.

HANDSTANDS ARE FOR EVERYONE

Part 1 - The Foundations: Learn basic core strength conditioning and many more important skills to prepare for a safe and sound handstand. Beginners welcome. 
 

Part 2 – Handstand and Basic Hand Balancing: In this more advanced workshop, you will learn how to balance on your hands on your own. Different legs and arms variations, as well as alternative entries into handstands will also be introduced. You need to be able to kick up into a handstand on your own, against the wall, otherwise, participation of Part 1 is required

Date: January 22 and 23 (Sat and Sun)
