The Mentorship Workshop will enhance your yoga teaching career on many levels and help you become the teacher you desire to be. Focusing on direct and supportive feedback as well as one-on-one attention, you will be made aware of what is limiting you and will be shown the tools to help conquer those limitations. This special program is guaranteed to improve your confidence, knowledge and will encourage you to develop and really own your unique gifts as a yoga teacher.

Part 1 - The Foundations: Learn basic core strength conditioning and many more important skills to prepare for a safe and sound handstand. Beginners welcome. 

Part 2 – Handstand and Basic Hand Balancing: In this more advanced workshop, you will learn how to balance on your hands on your own. Different legs and arms variations, as well as alternative entries into
handstands will also be introduced. You need to be able to kick up into handstand on your own, against the wall, otherwise, participation of Part 1 is required

If you suffer from back pain and want to regain spinal flexibility, this is the yoga workshop for you.


In this workshop, you will explore different yoga poses - from gentle to deeper backends. You'll learn techniques to improve the flexibility of your lower back and increase the mobility of your hips and shoulders. All of which will help to relieve pain and improve your posture on a daily basis.
