About The Event
Welcome springtime by joining an upbeat and dynamic vinyasa yoga practice with Yoga Room teacher Victor Chau, who will lead you through a yoga asana journey to help rid your mind and body of unwanted toxins, thoughts and habits. Expect plenty of twists and some inversions.
This class is suitable for all levels. You are welcome to challenge yourself, but modifications will be provided to beginners.
*Arrive at least 15 min beforehand to register and set up.
*Bring Your Own Mat.

New to Silent Disco? This is why you want to practice yoga with one of the headsets:
- Be able to focus on exactly what the teacher is saying. You can be in the back and hear exactly the same way as if you were in the front.
- You’ll be able to better block out outside noise and distractions with our music in background and at the same time enjoy being out in open space and admiring the harbour view.
- You will be able to focus more on how you feel, your breathing, and be with your practice.
