About The Event
Embark on an upside-down journey through daily guided morning practice of various forms of inversion with Victor Chau. You will learn how to use your body intelligently to ignite your core strength and open up your shoulders, hips and hamstrings - all of which are crucial to a successful and graceful inversion practice.
You will learn essential techniques that keep challenging and inspiring your regular practice after the Immersion. You will learn how to conquer your fear of falling down by learning how to fall down safely. You will learn how to say yes before you say no to challenges. Ultimately, you will ultimately become a stronger and more confident person through this Inversion journey.
Daily schedule (7:30am - 9:45am, you are welcome to leave early if necessary):
Day 1 (May 11) - Core strengthening and shoulders opening
Day 2 (May 12) - Headstand basics and its variations
Day 3 (May 13) - Handstand Part 1 (Using the wall)
Day 4 (May 14) - Handstand Part 2 (Using a partner, no wall)
Day 5 (May 15) - Forearm stand and its variations
This workshop is suitable to anyone with a consistent yoga practice or who exercises regularly.

This workshop complies with Yoga Alliance (USA) for 15 hours, and can be counted towards a 200-hour teacher training programme with Victor Chau Yoga.
The price includes a graduation breakfast at Fivelement Sakti Elixir on Apr 24 after the workshop. If you are not able to attend the breakfast, it is available for redemption by May 24.
