Part 1 - The Foundations: Learn basic core strength conditioning and many more important skills to prepare for a safe and sound handstand. Beginners welcome. Part 2 – Handstand and Basic Hand Balancing: Learn how to balance on your hands on your own, in the middle of the room.

About The Event
Part 1 (19 February 2022)
Build your foundation for a strong handstand. Learn basic core strength conditioning, hand placements, shoulder opening and many more important skills to prepare yourself for a safe and sound handstand.
Beginners are welcomed, no prior experience required.
Part 2 (20 February 2022)
Handstand and Basic Hand Balancing: In this more advanced workshop, you will learn how to balance on your hands on your own, in the middle of the room.
Different leg and arm variations, as well as alternative entries into handstands will also be introduced. Participation of Part 1 is a prerequisite of Part 2.
