Whether you're looking for workshops to enhance your teaching skills, or want to work on your own practice, keep an eye out here because I host regular teacher trainings and workshops!

If you have tried many times to learn how to meditate and still find it hard to sit still, you are not alone. This yoga and meditation class will help you gain stillness and focus through simple yoga stretches and tools for concentration.

You will be led a simple 50-minute yoga asana (pose) practice that emphasises on opening the hips, improving the suppleness of the spine, both of which are required for an easy meditative seated position.

This class will end with a traditional Indian yogic meditation technique called tratak (candle gazing). You will be guided throughout the process to ensure the best dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation) in your practice. You will feel calmer, clearer and lighter after this class.

Date: Thursday, 16 September

Time: 7:30 - 9:30 pm
